1. SCOUTING & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Understanding a player is the first step towards helping them progress. We observe young players using clear criteria adapted to their age and level, assessing their technique, movement, awareness and decision-making, alongside their confidence and enjoyment of the game.
Our written assessments highlight strengths and practical areas for improvement. Where useful, we can arrange targeted training to help players build on this feedback and express themselves more confidently on the pitch.
2. PARENT–CHILD SUPPORT
A young player’s development is shaped by what happens around the pitch as well as on it. We help parents and children communicate openly about expectations, doubts, ambitions and progress.
Our aim is to encourage without overwhelming, support without taking over, and give children the space to learn from mistakes. Families can value performance while protecting the independence and joy that sustain a lasting love of football.
3. PERSONALISED TRAINING
We offer tailored coaching for children and professional players, complementing their regular club training. Sessions focus on individual needs, combining technical skills, coordination and game intelligence to build confidence and improve decision-making.
Through our European network, we connect players with professional coaches who can travel to them, subject to availability. We also work with specialist partners offering football camps and individual sessions across Europe, particularly in Spain, with options suited to different ages and levels.
4. CAREER MANAGEMENT
Every career needs direction. We help players assess their current situation, clarify their ambitions and build a realistic plan for their next steps.
Together, we consider opportunities, preparation and timing. Regular reviews keep the plan aligned with the player’s progress and priorities, while related support services can be coordinated when needed.
